Industrial Sectional Door

Industrial lift doors (also known as industrial sliding lift doors, segmented lift doors) are modern industrial doors designed specifically for large door openings in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, fire stations, and other areas. The door body is horizontally connected by multiple high-strength sandwich insulation door panels, which are driven by a motor to slide upwards along the two tracks and open. 三,、 Detailed explanation of door panel structure

The door panel is made of double-layer hot-dip galvanized color steel plate, with orange peel embossing/fine stripe treatment on the surface, which is scratch resistant, wear-resistant, weather resistant and corrosion-resistant; High density polyurethane insulation material filled with one-time high-pressure foaming in the middle, formed as a whole without cold bridges. The door panel connection adopts anti pinch design, which will not pinch fingers during the opening and closing process.

四,、 Four ways to improve

1. Standard improvement: The door body rises along the track and turns, then horizontally parks above the door opening under the ceiling. The most commonly used lifting method is easy to install, economical and practical.

2. High level lifting: The door body first rises vertically for a certain distance and then turns to park horizontally. It is suitable for scenes where the space above the door opening needs to be preserved due to the high space at the top of the door.

3. Vertical lifting: The door slides upwards along the vertical track throughout the entire process, and is completely lifted vertically to directly above the door opening, without occupying indoor horizontal space.

Sloping roof lifting (optional): The track is arranged along the angle of the sloping roof, and the door body runs in accordance with the sloping roof. It is suitable for steel structure herringbone roof factories, warehouses and other buildings. All lifting methods must be designed and selected based on professional measurements of the on-site door opening size, lintel space, indoor net height, and roof structure.

五,Security protection system

1. Bottom airbag: The bottom of the door is equipped with a rebound airbag when encountering obstacles. During the closing process, it will immediately rebound and activate when encountering obstacles to prevent injury to personnel or vehicles.
2. Infrared photoelectric protection: Infrared sensors are installed on both sides of the door opening. If a person/vehicle passes by and blocks the beam when the door descends, the door will immediately stop and bounce back.
3. Anti breakage device for torsion spring: Anti breakage protection devices are installed at both ends of the torsion spring. Once the torsion spring accidentally breaks, the anti breakage hook immediately locks the track to prevent the door from falling.
4. Steel wire rope anti fall protection: Equipped with a steel wire rope anti fall device, when the steel wire rope relaxes or breaks, the anti fall device instantly locks the door body, eliminating the risk of falling.
5. Anti pinch hand door panel: The hinge connection of the door panel adopts an anti pinch hand structure design, and the door panel will not form a pinch hand gap during bending operation, protecting the safety of operators.
6. Power off manual clutch: The motor is equipped with a manual clutch, which can be released in case of power failure or emergency. The door can be opened and closed manually through a zipper to ensure emergency passage.
